Sound Of Sirens deals with topics from the areas of sustainable living and management, Corporate Social Responsibility, De-Branding, the environment and culture – one of the main questions being if, and if yes: how, modern lifestyle and consumerism can be linked to holistic principles.

Sound Of Sirens is a collaborative project of Max Gemeinhardt and Lars Schmidt and started in january 2008. Both live and work in Berlin. We are glad that Stefa Roth joined the project in february as well as Sandra Schneider in october ’08. Yet, sometimes you will find guest authors writing here, as well.

While one has a hard time separating from sneakers and iPods, the others would preferably go back to the countryside and take care of their bees.

We’re curious where the trip will take us!

Sound Of Sirens beschäftigt sich mit Themen aus den Bereichen des nachhaltigen Lebens und Wirtschaftens, Corporate Social Responsibility, De-Branding, Umwelt und Kultur – sowie vor allem mit der Frage, ob, und wenn ja: wie, man modernen Lifestyle und Konsum mit ganzheitlichen Prinzipien verknüpfen kann.

Sound Of Sirens startete im Januar 2008 und ist ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt von Max Gemeinhardt und Lars Schmidt. Beide leben und arbeiten in Berlin. Wir freuen uns, dass im Februar Stefa Roth und im Oktober ’08 Sandra Schneider zum Projekt hinzustießen. Hin und wieder schreiben hier auch Gastautoren.

Während der eine sich noch nicht ganz von Sneakers und iPods lösen kann, würden sich die anderen beiden am liebsten wieder zurück aufs Land verkriechen und sich um ihre Bienen kümmern.

Wir sind gespannt, wohin die Reise gehen wird!
